My Shi Poo always gets fantastic grooming. The people are nice and accomodating. The only criticism I have is it should be cleaned in the lobby, there were cobwebs and dirt all around the lobby. One groomer did snip Riley's pad and it was bleeding when I picked him up.
Love these girls! My dog doesn't get anxieties to see them. I have a standard poodle and he goes every 3 wks! They do a great job and affordable!
The employees took care of our cats and welcomed calls to check on them. The environment isn't "Grand" but it is quite adequate. Also, they are reasonably priced for good overall care. My wife and I have recommended this facility to dog owners in particular as they specialize in canine care.
I absolutely love Grand Paws! I travel around 35 miles to have our dog groomed here and would not take her anywhere else. They are great with our dog and they are always friendly!
