Absolutely horrible outcome; I had my lab sent to them by the vet office without my permission. Then to top it off they did a terrible job in the creamation process. I got back an ugly urn filled with a bag of small pebbles and grit instead of ashes because they did not take the extra time and care to do it right. Totally devastated!
