If you can avoid this place at all costs you definitely should. My husband and I recently were trying to get new plates for our car, and he wanted to get veterans retiree plates. They basically told us misinformation just so they could get us out of there because they were closing in 30 minutes. We ended up going to Cameron instead because this place is awful. I've been there once before trying to renew my license and was told I couldn't do it because I was out of state. But my husband is military, so we still pay taxes here and everything. I definitely hope they close down soon. This office is awful, and the people here have terrible customer service.
